FlexiTrip Shield covers a variety of travel-related services, including airport assistance, meet and greets, and other high-quality services offered by companies in our partner network, such as Royal Airport Concierge.
While similar to travel insurance, FlexiTrip Shield specifically focuses on covering cancellation charges for services outside the free cancellation window. This targeted protection offers added flexibility for last-minute plan changes.
FlexiTrip Shield can be added during the booking process for eligible services. Simply select the option at checkout to protect your purchase. Alternatively, you can purchase Travel Cancellation Protection after a service has been booked, provided you are not presently outside the free cancellation window.
FlexiTrip Shield only applies to cancellations made outside the provider’s free cancellation window. If you cancel within the free period, standard cancellation policies of the provider apply.
Once your cancellation claim is reviewed and approved, reimbursement is processed promptly to minimize any financial impact on your travel plans.
FlexiTrip Shield covers a broad range of reasons for cancellation, including personal emergencies, medical issues, or unforeseen travel disruptions.
Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original booking and purchaser.
Usually, filing a claim is not necessary. If you have purchased travel cancellation protection at booking time, reimbursements and refunds happen automatically given our great synergy with service providers. However, you may contact our support team within 24 hours of canceling your service to initiate a claim. You’ll need your booking confirmation and cancellation details for reference.
FlexiTrip Shield is non-refundable once purchased and is intended to provide peace of mind throughout your booking period.
