Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to enquiries and help with questions about Travel Change Protection. Technical information is also processed to operate and protect the website, prevent automated spam, and deliver your message.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics. Its fonts and images are served directly with the website.
Service providers
Running this website and delivering your messages requires service providers to process limited information. This includes website hosting, email delivery, our support mailbox, and spam prevention. This processing supports our services; it is not a sale of your information.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser, device, and network for this purpose. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy.
Contact messages are sent through Mailgun to the FlexiTrip Shield support mailbox. The information in your message is processed by the email delivery service and the mailbox provider. See Mailgun’s privacy policy.
We disable open and click tracking in contact notification emails. The contact form does not send the contents of your enquiry to the CAPTCHA verification service.
Keeping your information
Contact enquiries are delivered to our support mailbox. This website does not maintain a separate database of contact messages. Email and technical records may also be retained by the service providers involved in delivering and protecting the service.
You can contact us to ask about information you have provided or to request correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained to handle an ongoing service request or meet applicable obligations.
