1. Introduction
1.1. FlexiTrip Shield (“Provider”) offers Travel Change Protection (“TCP”) as an add‐on service to protect reservations for Airport VIP Meet and Greet services provided by Royal Airport Concierge (“RAC”) and other Meet and Greet Airport VIP Service Providers.
1.2. TCP covers cancellation and modifications of a Meet and Greet reservation outside the free cancellation window defined in RAC’s Terms (e.g. 24 hours for U.S./Canada, 48 hours for some international locations, and 72 hours for others).

2. Definitions
2.1. “Reservation” refers to the booking for an Airport VIP Meet and Greet service.
2.2. “Free Cancellation Window” is the period during which the Meet and Greet service is fully refundable (as specified by RAC’s regional policy).
2.3. “Travel Change Protection” (TCP) is the service that waives the standard cancellation fee normally incurred when a cancellation or modification occurs outside the free cancellation window.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
3.1. The TCP fee is charged at the time of reservation and is non-refundable unless canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
3.2. TCP applies solely to the original service. If the Meet and Greet reservation is modified—such as by adding passengers, extra luggage, or any other change that increases the overall service cost—the TCP fee will be adjusted on a prorated basis to reflect the cost increase. Any additional charge resulting from this adjustment will be automatically applied to the credit card used for the original reservation without requiring further authorization. Conversely, if modifications result in a decrease in the service cost, no refund or adjustment shall be provided for the TCP fee.
3.3. Opt-Out Provision for Fee Adjustment: Clients may request to opt out of the automatic TCP fee adjustment. If such a request is made (prior to processing the additional charge), the client will forfeit the existing TCP coverage for the reservation. In that event, the altered Meet and Greet reservation will be subject to the standard cancellation or modification fees as outlined in Royal Airport Concierge’s Terms and Conditions, and no prorated fee increase will be applied.
3.4. Flight Disruption Cancellations and Rebooking Fees:
 a. In the event that a cancellation is made due to flight delays, cancellations, or changes outside of the client’s control, TCP will cover the credit card authorization for the Meet and Greet service—meaning the client will not be charged the usual cancellation fee for the original reservation.
 b. Should the client choose to make a new reservation following such a cancellation, the new reservation may be subject to emergency fees as per RAC’s standard policy, which impose additional charges for bookings made within 24, 48, or 72 hours (depending on the location).
 c. Clients are advised that while TCP protects against charges on the original authorization due to uncontrollable flight changes, it does not cover any extra fees incurred on subsequent emergency reservations.

4. Activation and Use
4.1. With a valid TCP, cancellation or modification of the Meet and Greet service will not incur the standard cancellation fee—even if the cancellation request is submitted at or after the scheduled service time.
4.2. The benefit applies automatically for reservation specified in the Airport Meet and Greet Service Contract.
4.3. TCP strictly covers cancellation fees for the original Meet and Greet service only. No ancillary fees, additional service charges, or any other costs are covered.

5. Eligibility and Abuse
5.1. TCP availability is determined by the client’s historical cancellation rate and related factors. Clients exceeding a predetermined cancellation threshold may lose access to TCP.
5.2. Each TCP applies exclusively to the static, original reservation; multiple legs (for example, a departure and an arrival service) require separate TCP acquisitions.

6. Amendments and Acknowledgment
6.1. FlexiTrip Shield reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Significant changes will be communicated prior to future reservations.
6.2. By purchasing TCP, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms as well as to the applicable terms set by RAC for the underlying Meet and Greet service.
